The challenge
A two-person electrical business. Both electricians on site all day. Every missed call was potentially a $2,000+ job going to a competitor.
What we built
Switchboard AI trained on their services, pricing ranges, and availability. Takes job details, provides rough estimates, and books site visits. Passes urgent jobs (power outages, safety issues) via text alert immediately.
What happened
Not a single missed call in their first 90 days. Urgent jobs get a text within 60 seconds. Their biggest month ever followed their first month with AI.
