The challenge
Kapiti Plumbing were losing jobs to competitors because calls went to voicemail after hours. Their old website had no pricing and no way to book online.
What we built
We built a fast, fixed-price website with real service descriptions and transparent call-out rates. We added Switchboard AI to answer every call 24/7 — taking job details and booking time slots directly into their calendar.
What happened
After-hours bookings went from zero to 40% of their weekly revenue. The AI handles 80% of enquiries without any human input.
